Mid last year we purchased a block of land in Lalor's Carlingford estate. This prompted us to sell up in Craigieburn and since have been living with my parents (grrr).
We have been to display home after display home for over 6 months and have finally settled for the Parkside by Simonds. We got the ball rolling by signing up last weekto lock in the price and promo.
Our land title wont be ready until April/May and Simonds have told us that construction will commence around mid June, so at this stage everything is looking good (fingers crossed)
This will be the first time we are building so its all a little confusing and scary, however we have found many helpfull links and info on the homeone forum.
I will try my best to keep this blog updated and would love for future discussion and feedback during our journey.
