Site scrape

Started the site scrape today in very muddy conditions, shouldn't complain, we need the rain!

UPDATE (very delayed, I know!)

* Settlement took place on the 27th of May 2009.

Plans have been approved by the developer and now waiting on engineering & a building permit. Anticipating site start to be later in the month. Happy with the progress so far and can't wait!
